How To Make Banana Carrot Bread
Whether you like banana bread or carrot bread, our decadent banana carrot bread filled with carrots, coconuts, and walnuts offers the best of both worlds!

Ingredients
- 3medium bananas,mashed
- ½cupmayonnaise,or dressing
- 1egg
- 1½cupsflour
- ¾cupsugar
- 1tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- ¼cupwalnuts,chopped
- ¼cupflaked coconut
- ½cupcarrots,shredded
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and L=line an 8×4-inch pan with parchment paper.

Combine the mashed bananas, mayonnaise, and egg in a small bowl.

Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in the banana mixture just until moistened.

Fold in the walnuts, coconut, and carrots.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from the pan and allow to cool completely.
