How To Make Apple Cheddar Bread
This sweet and savory apple cheddar bread makes the perfect afternoon snack! A surprisingly good combo of apple and cheddar cheese that’s worth a try.

Ingredients
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 2tspbaking powder
- ½tspkosher salt
- 8tbspbutter,room temperature
- ¼cuplight brown sugar
- 2large eggs,room temperature, beaten
- 2cupsapples,unpeeled, finely shredded
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
- 3tbspsage,minced, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Coat a 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or insert a parchment paper overlapping over the long sides.

In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs until combined.

By hand, mix in the flour mixture.

Fold in the apples, cheese, and sage.

Spread the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 45 minutes or until risen and a wooden skewer comes out of the center clean.

Cool to room temperature.
