How To Make Simple Mango Guacamole

Pair chips and sides with this sweet and refreshing mango guacamole! It comes with fresh tomatoes and a kick from the jalapeno, for a spicy-sweet dip.

  • 3avocados,ripe
  • 1mango,peeled, diced
  • 1small tomato,diced
  • ½jalapeño pepper,diced
  • 1lime juice
  • salt,to taste
  • ¼cuponion,diced and chopped to taste, optional
  • ¼cupcilantro,diced and chopped to taste, optional


  1. Mash the avocado in a large bowl. Leave a few large chunks for chunky guacamole.

  2. Fold in the mango, tomato, and jalapeño until combined. Squeeze the lime juice on top and stir until combined. Salt to taste.

  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
