How To Make Bacon Guacamole
Bacon guacamole is a meatier take on a classic dish. The rich creaminess of the avocado is balanced nicely by the crispy and savory meat.

Ingredients
- 3ripe avocados,chopped
- 5Smithfield Bacon Strips,cut into ½-inch pieces, I used Cherrywood
- ¼cupred onion,diced
- 1large tomato,chopped
- ½cupcilantro,chopped
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ¼tsppaprika
- 1lime juice
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

In a medium size bowl add the avocado, bacon, red onion, tomato, and cilantro. Mix together and mash with a fork to get to desired consistency.

Add in garlic powder, paprika, juice of one lime and salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately or seal tightly with plastic wrap and serve within 24 hours.
