Ingredients

  • 20ozrefrigerated tortellini
  • 1pintcherry tomatoes,chopped in half
  • 2mediumzucchini,diced
  • 1largecucumber,diced
  • 1mediumgreen bell pepper,diced
  • 1red bell pepper,diced
  • 1largered onion,diced
  • 6slicesbacon,cooked and crumbled

For Dressing:

  • 1cupItalian salad dressing
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 1tbspsesame seeds
  • 1tsppaprika
  • ½tspcelery seed
  • ¼tspgarlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, green and red bell pepper,red onion, and bacon in a large bowl.

  2. Whisk together italian salad dressing, parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seed, and garlic powder. Pour over salad and toss until coated.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
