How To Make Turkey Meatball Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- Caesar dressing, to taste
- Croutons, for topping
- Shaved Parmesan cheese, for topping
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside to cool slightly.

In a large salad bowl, combine romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is well coated.

Divide the dressed lettuce among 4 plates. Top each plate with turkey meatballs, croutons, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
