How To Make Mediterranean Prawn Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add prawns to the skillet and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the prawns turn pink and opaque.

Remove the skillet from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the prawns.

In a serving bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and red onion.

Add the cooked prawns to the bowl and toss everything together gently.

Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and fresh parsley over the salad.
