How To Make Zesty Italian Salad

Our Italian salad comes with a tasteful mix of crisp lettuce, pepperoncini peppers, and more coated in a zesty vinaigrette. Prep a bowl in just 15 minutes!

Total: 15 minutes



For Italian Salad:

  • 5mixed greens
  • ½small red onion,peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2cupscherry tomatoes
  • 2cupscroutons
  • ½cupParmesan cheese,freshly-grated, plus extra for topping
  • cuppepperoncini peppers

For Italian Vinaigrette:

  • 3tbspoil
  • 1tbspred wine vinegar
  • 1tspdijon mustard
  • ½tsporegano
  • ½tspfine sea salt
  • ¼tspblack pepper
  • 1small garlic glove,minced, or ½ tsp garlic powder


Italian Vinaigrette: 

  1. Whisk the oil, vinegar, mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic together in a bowl until combined.

  2. Taste, then add additional sweetener if desired. Set aside.

Italian Salad:

  1. Combine the greens, onion, tomatoes, croutons, parmesan cheese, and pepperoncini peppers in a large salad bowl. Drizzle evenly with the vinaigrette, then toss until evenly combined. 

  2. Serve sprinkled with extra Parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
