  • 4cupsseedless watermelon,chilled, diced large
  • 1mediumEnglish cucumber,chilled, peeled and diced
  • ¼cupkalamata olives,pitted and sliced
  • ¼cupfeta,crumbled, 1 oz
  • 1tbspfresh mint,or basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 3tbspbalsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Divide the watermelon and cucumbers equally between 4 plates or in one large serving bowl; top with olives, feta and mint.

  2. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over everything when ready to serve.
