A classic Waldorf salad like this one traditionally has fresh apples, celery, grapes, raisins, and walnuts. It’s the perfect salad for summer.

  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • 2tspsugar
  • ½cupcelery,diced
  • 1cupgrapes,red, green or both
  • 2apples,cut in thin chunks
  • ½cupwalnuts,chopped
  • ¼cupraisins,optional


  1. Combine mayonnaise and sugar. Set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, toss together all remaining ingredients.

  3. Stir in the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
