How To Make Turkey Tonnato Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
Instructions

Slice the cooked turkey breast into thin strips.

In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, anchovy fillets, parsley, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Arrange the mixed salad greens on a serving platter and top with the turkey slices.

Drizzle the tonnato sauce over the turkey and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
