Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey breast, cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens

Instructions

  1. Slice the cooked turkey breast into thin strips.

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, anchovy fillets, parsley, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

  3. Arrange the mixed salad greens on a serving platter and top with the turkey slices.

  4. Drizzle the tonnato sauce over the turkey and garnish with additional parsley if desired.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
