Ingredients

  • 8 cups of mixed salad greens
  • 2 cups of cooked turkey breast, diced
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dressing of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, turkey, bacon, avocados, eggs, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, red onion, and parsley.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Toss the salad gently to combine all the ingredients.

  4. Drizzle the dressing of your choice over the salad and toss again.

  5. Divide the salad among four plates and serve.
