How To Make Turkey Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- 8 cups of mixed salad greens
- 2 cups of cooked turkey breast, diced
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dressing of your choice
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, turkey, bacon, avocados, eggs, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, red onion, and parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
