Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 cups of sugar snap peas, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, sugar snap peas, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.

  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
