- 2medium cloves garlic,pressed or minced

- 12ozcucumbers,thinly sliced (4 Persian or 2 medium English cucumbers)
For Optional Additions:
- 2cupsarugula
- ½cupcherry tomatoes,halved
- 2radishes,chopped
