Filled with the flavors of the Mediterranean, this tabbouleh-style couscous also has the savory, meaty goodness of veggie burger bits.

  • 4Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Original
  • 1cupvegetable broth
  • 2clovegarlic
  • 1cupquick-cooking couscous
  • cupstomatoes,chopped
  • cupgreen onions,sliced
  • ¼cupfresh basil,slivered
  • 3tbsplemon juice
  • 2tbspfresh mint,chopped
  • 4tspolive oil
  • ¼tsppepper
  • cupfeta cheese,reduced-fat


  1. Cook Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Original burgers according to package directions. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan bring broth and garlic to boiling. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat.

  2. Let stand, covered, about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. In large bowl combine couscous mixture, tomatoes, onions, basil, lemon juice, mint, oil, and pepper. Spoon onto 4 serving plates. Top each with warm burger. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
