How To Make Super Summer Kale Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups kale, stems removed and leaves thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, add the sliced kale, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and sunflower seeds.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
