Ingredients
- 20 oz baby spinach
- 4 cups strawberries
- ¼ cup almonds, chopped or slivered
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup virgin olive oil, lite or extra
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- In pan heat butter and cook almonds for 2 minures.
- Add to vinegar and oil, add poppy and sesame seeds, sugar and honey (mix well in bowl - you can make this a day before. In bowl place spinach and strawberries and mix up.

5 minutes before serving add vinegar mixture.
