Ingredients

  • 2pcstomatoescut into chunks
  • ½cucumberpeeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1largeripe nectarinediced
  • 3tbspfresh cilantrochopped
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 3tbspgoat cheesecrumbled

Instructions

  1. Mix tomatoes, cucumber, nectarine, and cilantro together in a bowl.

  2. Stir in olive oil gently.

  3. Sprinkle goat cheese over salad.

1. Some good balsamic vinegar can be drizzled in with the olive oil. 2. Crumble the goat cheese in the package easily by stirring it with a small fork.
