How To Make Summer Blue Burger Salad
Enjoy a meaty salad with less fat by whipping up this vegetarian-friendly burger salad, packed with blue cheese, crisp lettuce, and earthy herbs!

Ingredients
- 3tbspcider vinegar
- 3tbspolive oil
- ½tspdried rosemary leaves
- ¼tspdried thyme leaves
- ¼tspsalt
- ¼tsppepper
- 2slicesred onion
- 4Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Original
- 6cupsromaine lettuce,torn
- 1ozblue cheese,crumbled
- 2tbspwalnuts,chopped
Instructions

Combine the vinegar, oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in jar with tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake well.

Brush the onion on both sides with some vinegar mixture. Grill the onion and frozen burgers over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once. Remove from grill.

Arrange lettuce on individual plates. Cut the burgers into strips. Separate onion into rings.

Place the burgers and onion on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts.

Shake vinegar mixture. Drizzle over salads.
