  • 1romaine lettuce head,torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1red onion,sliced
  • 2cupsfresh strawberries,sliced
  • 11ozmandarin oranges,(1 can)
  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • 2tbspmaraschino cherry juice
  • 2tbsphoney
  • 1tbsppoppy seeds
  • tsplemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the romaine lettuce, red onion, strawberries, and mandarin oranges.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, cherry juice, honey, poppy seeds, and lemon juice.
