SALAD INGREDIENTS:

  • 6cupsfresh baby kale
  • 1pintstrawberries,hulled and sliced
  • 1-2avocados,peeled, pitted and diced
  • 4ozcrumbled goat cheese,or other soft cheese
  • ¼cupchopped pecans,toasted
  • ½small red onion,thinly sliced

For White Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • ½cupextra virgin olive oil
  • ¼cupwhite balsamic vinegar
  • 3-4tbsphoney
  • ½tspsea salt
  • ¼tspfreshly-cracked black pepper
