- 1-2avocados,peeled, pitted and diced
- 4ozcrumbled goat cheese,or other soft cheese
- ¼cupchopped pecans,toasted
- ½small red onion,thinly sliced
For White Balsamic Vinaigrette
- ½cupextra virgin olive oil
- ¼cupwhite balsamic vinegar
- 3-4tbsphoney
- ½tspsea salt
- ¼tspfreshly-cracked black pepper
