
How To Make Strawberry Kale Coleslaw
A delightful simple kale coleslaw recipe with a lighter dressing! This wonderful side dish also makes use of greek yogurt and strawberries.

Ingredients
- 4cupskale,shredded
- 3cupsgreen cabbage,shredded
- ¾cupplain fat free Greek yogurt
- ¼cupmayonnaise,full fat
- 2tbsplemon juice,fresh
- 2tbsphoney
- salt
- 8ozfresh strawberries,sliced (and halved if larger)
Instructions

Add kale and cabbage to a large mixing bowl or a salad bowl.

In a medium mixing bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey and season with salt to taste.

Pour dressing over kale and cabbage and toss to evenly coat.

Add strawberries and gently toss. Serve immediately.
