How To Make Steak, Beetroot, Horseradish & Warm Lentil Salad

Ingredients
- 4 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)
- 4 medium-sized beetroots, roasted and sliced
- 1 cup of cooked lentils
- 1 tablespoon of horseradish sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Grill the steaks to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, sliced roasted beetroot, olive oil, and horseradish sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

Divide the lentil salad onto four plates. Top with sliced steak.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
