How To Make Spinach Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz spinach leaves
- 8 oz pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine spinach leaves, cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well-coated.
