For Salad:

- 4ozchevre,crumbled
- 1cupwalnuts,or pecans, toasted
- 1pintfresh blackberries
For Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette:
- ½cupblackberry juice,strained
- ¼cupextra-virgin olive oil
- 2tbspbalsamic vinegar
- ½tspdried thyme
- pinchsalt and pepper
Instructions
Salad:

Toss together spinach, chevre, walnuts, and blackberries. Then drizzle with the blackberry balsamic vinaigrette. Serve.
