How To Make Spinach Artichoke Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is inspired by the flavors of spinach and artichoke dip. The mayonnaise and sour cream lend a smooth and creamy texture to this dish.

  • 12ozpasta
  • 1cupsour cream
  • ¾cupmayonnaise
  • ozvegetable soup mix,(1 pkg)
  • 3greenonions,sliced
  • 14ozwater-packed artichokes,(1 can)
  • 4cupsfresh spinach,chopped & lightly packed


  1. Cook pasta el dente according to package directions.

  2. In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dry soup mix.

  3. Drain artichokes well and cut into quarters.

  4. Toss pasta with sauce. Gently fold in spinach, green onions and artichokes.

  5. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
