
How To Make Spinach Artichoke Pasta Salad
This pasta salad is inspired by the flavors of spinach and artichoke dip. The mayonnaise and sour cream lend a smooth and creamy texture to this dish.

- 12ozpasta
- 1cupsour cream
- ¾cupmayonnaise
- 1½ozvegetable soup mix,(1 pkg)
- 3greenonions,sliced
- 14ozwater-packed artichokes,(1 can)
- 4cupsfresh spinach,chopped & lightly packed
Instructions

Cook pasta el dente according to package directions.

In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dry soup mix.

Drain artichokes well and cut into quarters.

Toss pasta with sauce. Gently fold in spinach, green onions and artichokes.

Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
