How To Make Spicy Chicken with Mango Salad

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, and cucumber.

Squeeze lime juice over the salad and toss until well combined.
