Ingredients

  • 1spicy black bean veggie burgers,(morningstar farms)
  • 1cuptorn mixed spring greens,or torn mixed greens
  • 1tbspsun dried tomato vinaigrette salad dressing,or spicy ranch salad dressing
  • 3grape tomatoes
  • 2tbspcheddar cheese with jalapeno peppers,or monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, shredded
  • 1tbspsalsa
  • 1tbspguacamole
  • 1tbspsour cream,fat free

Instructions

  1. Cook burger according to package directions. Cut into bite-size pieces.

  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl toss together greens and salad dressing. Arrange on serving plate.

  3. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Arrange burger on top.

  4. Spoon salsa, guacamole, and sour cream on burger.
