Ingredients

  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 can of spicy refried beans
  • 1 cup of pickled onions
  • 1 cup of radish salad
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place the tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until they are crispy.

  3. Meanwhile, heat the spicy refried beans in a small saucepan over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.

  4. Spread a generous amount of the heated refried beans onto each tostada shell.

  5. Top each tostada with a spoonful of pickled onions and a handful of radish salad.

  6. Garnish with slices of avocado and a squeeze of lime juice.

  7. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro for added flavor.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
