- 1 can chick-peas, washed and drained
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- ⅓ cup olive oil

Instructions
- Place washed and drained chick-peas in a small bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients and shake well.
