- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Croutons for serving (optional)

In a large bowl, combine the shredded Brussels sprouts and grated Parmesan cheese.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
