Ingredients

  • 4 cups of lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup of carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup of bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup of ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, layer the shredded lettuce as the base.

  2. Add a layer of cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.

  3. Follow with a layer of diced cucumbers, shredded carrots, diced bell peppers, and shredded cheddar cheese.

  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and sliced green onions as the next layer.

  5. Pour the ranch dressing evenly over the salad.

  6. Repeat the layers one more time, ending with the ranch dressing on top.

  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  8. Toss the salad gently before serving to mix all the layers.
