Ingredients

  • ½cupwhite sugar
  • 2tbspsesame seeds
  • ½tspsesame oil
  • 1tbsppoppy seeds
  • 1½tspdried minced onion
  • ¼tsppaprika
  • ½cupvegetable oil
  • ½cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 2bunchesfresh spinach,chopped, washed and dried
  • 1pintstrawberries,halved

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, poppy seeds, dried onion, paprika, oil and vinegar.

  2. Refrigerate until chilled.

  3. In a salad bowl, combine the spinach and strawberries. Drizzle with dressing, toss lightly and serve.
