How To Make Romaine with Creamy Yogurt Dressing

- 1tbspwhite wine vinegar
- ¼tspsalt
- ¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
- 3tbspnon-fat plain yogurt
- 1tbspvirgin olive oil
- 10ozromaine lettuce
- 1tbspfresh herb mixture,such as tarragon, chives, basil, and chervil, chopped

In a bowl large enough to hold the lettuce, whisk together the vinegar, salt, pepper, and yogurt. Whisk in the oil.
