  • 1 pre-cleaned spinach
  • 1/4 celery
  • 1 peeled pear trimmed and diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries


  1. Lightly toss the first five ingredients together and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix the evaporated milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar together.

  3. Pour the mixture over the salad. Then toss the salad lightly and serve.
