How To Make Raw Shredded Brussels Sprouts with Lemon and Oil
Shredded Brussels sprouts are the stars of this completely raw vegan salad. The fresh veggies are tossed with lemon, olive oil, and some salt and pepper.

- 6ozbrussels sprouts,washed
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1largelemon,juiced
- kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper,to taste
Instructions

With a large sharp knife, trim off the stems, cut the brussels in half lengthwise, then place cut side down on the board and finely shred the sprouts.

Place in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
