  • 4cupsgreen cabbageshredded
  • 2cupsred cabbageshredded
  • 1cupcarrotsshredded
  • 2pkgsramen noodlesnoodles broken into chunks, seasoning packets reserved
  • ½cupgreen onionssliced
  • ½cupalmondstoasted, slivered
  • ½cupVegetable Oil
  • cuprice vinegar
  • 2tbspsugar

Instructions

  1. Place the cabbages, carrots, ramen noodles, green onions, and almonds in a large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and ramen noodle seasoning packets.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Serve immediately, or cover and store in the fridge for up to 8 hours before serving.
