How To Make Rainbow Swiss Chard
A simple-seasoned swiss chard salad works amazingly with any filling dish! It’s made with just 5 ingredients and takes no time to make.

Ingredients
- 1lbrainbow Swiss chard,washed and thoroughly dried
- 2garlic cloves,smashed and chopped
- ½tspred pepper flakes,optional
- 2tspolive oil
- salt and fresh pepper,to taste
Instructions

Heat the oil over medium heat in a sauté pan.

Smash the garlic clove with the side of a knife, then add it to the pan.

Add the red pepper flakes, then sauté the garlic lightly in the oil until it becomes golden.

Chop the stems of the swiss chard into small pieces, then add it to the oil.

Mix, then add a drop of water and cover.

Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Chop the swiss chard leaves, then add to the pan.

Sauté until just wilted, stirring frequently.

Season with salt and pepper.
