Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced radishes, cucumbers, and red onion.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the radish and cucumber mixture and toss well to combine.

  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
