- 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sliced radishes, cucumbers, and red onion.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the radish and cucumber mixture and toss well to combine.
