- 15ozcorn,1 can, drained
- 1tomato,large, diced
- 1½cupsMonterey Jack cheese,grated, or more to taste
- 4ozblack olives,1 can, sliced
- ½cupfire-roasted red peppers,diced
- ½lime,juiced
- 2tbspcilantro,chopped
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspground cumin
