Prosciutto Arugula Fig Salad Recipe

How To Make Prosciutto Arugula Fig Salad

Enjoy a delectable plate of this fig salad, tossed with savory prosciutto, crunchy arugula, fresh mozzarella, all tossed in a zesty balsamic dressing.

For Dressing:

  • 1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • ½tbsplemon juice,freshly squeezed
  • tspkosher salt
  • fresh black pepper,to taste

For Salad:

  • 5cupsbaby arugula
  • 4figs,ripe, quartered
  • 4ozfresh mozzarella,sliced, torn into pieces
  • 2ozprosciutto,torn into pieces, thinly sliced
  • 10small fresh basil leaves


  1. Combine the oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then whisk.

  2. Place the arugula on a large platter, top with the prosciutto, cheese, basil, and figs, and drizzle with the dressing.

  3. Serve, and enjoy!
