
How To Make Popcorn Salad
Take your favorite movie snack to new heights with this popcorn salad recipe. It tosses popcorn in mayo and bacon for a creamy twist.

Ingredients
- 10 slices bacon
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1¼ cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 8 oz water chestnuts, (1 can) sliced and drained
- ¼ cup carrots, shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, minced
- 6 cups popcorn, popped
Instructions
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, celery, 1 cup of cheese, water chestnuts, ½ cup of bacon, carrots, and chives. Mix well. Add popcorn and stir to coat.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon and serve immediately. Enjoy!
