How To Make Pizza Salad

A myriad of fresh and savory flavors abound in this pizza salad. It has all your favorite toppings tossed with an herb dressing.

Ingredients

For Salad:

  • 10ozsalad
  • 1cupgrape tomatoes,halved
  • 15ozcannellini beans,rinsed and drained
  • 1cuppepperoni slices
  • ½cupfeta cheese
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,shaved
  • 2cupscroutons

For Herb Dressing or Italian Dressing:

  • ½cupolive oil,extra virgin
  • ½cupwhite balsamic vinegar
  • ¼cupparsley,chopped
  • ¼cupbasil,chopped
  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • 1tspsea salt
  • ½tspgarlic pepper

    Instructions

    1. Add salad to a bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients minus the croutons and dressing.

    2. Right before serving make dressing by blending all ingredients in a blender. Add to salad, along with croutons and toss. ENJOY!
