Summer barbecues just got a lot better with this pistachio salad. Mixed in with pineapple, whipped topping, and marshmallows to make a cool side salad.

- 20ozcrushed pineapple,(1 can) drained
- 3ozinstant pistachio pudding mix,(1 package)
- 8ozfrozen whipped topping,thawed
- 10½ozminiature marshmallows,(½ package)
Instructions

Combine drained pineapple and dry pistachio pudding mix in a large bowl. Fold in thawed whipped topping and marshmallows.

Mix until well combined. Chill in refrigerate before serving.
