In this pimento cheese recipe, it combines the mild, sweet, and pungent flavors to give you a zesty Southwestern feel in every bite.

  • 1lbelbow macaroni
  • 12ozpimento peppers,drained
  • 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
  • ¾cupmayonnaise
  • ½tspCayenne pepper
  • ½tspkosher salt


  1. Cook the elbow macaroni 1 minute shy of the directions on the box.

  2. Drain and let cool for 10 minutes.

  3. In a large bowl mix the pimento peppers, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and kosher salt well.

  4. Add in the pasta and toss until combined.
