Ingredients

  • 2 cups of peas
  • 2 cups of beans
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the peas and beans in salted water until tender.

  2. Drain the peas and beans and set aside.

  3. Cut the bread into small cubes to make croutons.

  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the bread cubes.

  5. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the croutons.

  6. Cook the croutons until golden and crispy.

  7. In a separate pan, heat some olive oil and add the cooked peas and beans.

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Cook for a few minutes until well combined and heated through.

  10. Serve the peas and beans with the crunchy croutons on top.
