This Pear, Raspberry and Pistachio Salad combines sweet pear and raspberries, romaine, and crunchy pistachios, all tossed in a tasty poppyseed dressing!

- 4cupsromaine,chopped
- 1cupraspberries
- 2pears,thinly sliced
- ½cuppistachios,shelled
- ½cupfeta cheese,crumbled
For Creamy Poppyseed Dressing:
- ⅓cupmayonnaise
- ¼cup2% milk
- 3tbspsugar
- 4tspcider vinegar
- 2tsppoppy seeds
Instructions

Whisk together in a small bowl the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, cider vinegar, and poppyseeds.

In a large bowl, add the romaine, raspberries, pears, pistachios, and feta cheese. Toss the salad.
