- ¾cuppomegranate arils
- 3ozfeta cheese,crumbled
- ½cupdried cranberries
- 2Bartlett pears,firm but ripe, cored and sliced
- 9ozbaby spinach
For Dressing:
- ¼cupapple cider vinegar
- 3tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 1½tbsphoney
- 1tspDion mustard
- salt and pepper,to taste
