How To Make Nutty Chicken with Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- ¼ cup of chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp of ginger, grated
- 4 cups of cooked noodles
- 1 cup of sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- ¼ cup of chopped cilantro
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine the chopped peanuts, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and brush half of the peanut mixture over the chicken.

Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a large bowl, toss together the cooked noodles, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.

Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips and toss with the remaining peanut mixture.

Serve the nutty chicken over the noodle salad.
