- 1medium cucumber,sliced
- ¼cupred onion,sliced
- 2tbspmint,chopped
- 1cupfeta cheese,crumbled
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1lime,juiced
- 1tbsphoney

In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, red onion, mint, and feta cheese.
